The Fact
Mayuri — the peahen — completes the pairing that begins with the peacock feather in his crown. Where the peacock is bold, the mayuri is soft — and this poshaak, in peach and gold, carries that same gentler register throughout.

The Science
The mirrors set within each peacock motif are smaller and more densely placed than a standard sheesha border, each one catching and releasing light independently. In diya light, the birds appear to shimmer as though genuinely in motion, rather than simply reflecting.
