Peacock Krishna Standing Brooch
The standing peacock figure with Krishna is the most complete single image in Vaishnava iconography — the deity and his signature bird in a single composition. To include it in the Alankar is to reference not just the visual tradition but the philosophical relationship between Krishna and the peacock: the one who announces, and the one who arrives.
Three-dimensional gold-plated metal figure with rhinestones and enamel detail throughout. The figure is cast and then hand-finished — each feather of the tail is individually detailed after casting. The standing posture requires a stable base to prevent movement once placed.
Place at the back of the altar space, behind and slightly above the murti, as the background element of the Alankar rather than the foreground. On Janmashtami, it becomes the centrepiece — placed directly before the murti as the signature offering of the night.
