Peacock Gemstone Mukut
The peacock is not decoration in the Krishna Alankar — it is identity. Peacocks call before rain, representing the devotee who calls before the divine arrives. Krishna's peacock feather is described in the Bhagavata as the one ornament he chose himself, above all that was offered to him.
Gold-plated metal with hand-set rhinestones and enamel work. Each stone is individually placed and secured — the multicolour arrangement follows the iridescent quality of real peacock feathers, where every angle produces a different colour.
Attach at the base of the mukut or at the chest of the murti above the mala. The peacock brooch is the Janmashtami signature piece — used only for the major celebrations, it marks the highest Alankar in the collection.
